Position Summary
The Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for efficiently coordinating and directing the inventory management activities between corporate headquarters and field operations. Responsible for packaging, labeling and shipping activities, return authorizations and executing processes (and process improvements) that drive and ensure inventory accountability and accuracy of all medical devices and equipment for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain inspection procedures and documentation for incoming devices and garments, ensuring sterilization and disinfection when necessary.
- Work with Director of Operations to process and resolve product quality issues.
- Coordinate disposal, return, and reallocation of obsolete items in the inventory.
- Act as the liaison between the corporate distribution center and field sales.
- Report on inventory activities, changes and variances, including trends and root cause analysis.
- Maintain a system to ensure timely and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing medical devices and equipment.
- Coordinate return authorizations (RAs) with manufacturer.
- Maintain reports on product inventory by developing inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Special projects as assigned and a willingness to support all members of the organization whenever possible.
- Understanding and experience sourcing best shipping and tracking methods.
- Coordinate and ordering office supplies.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High School diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in managing inventory and shipping and receiving
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to details required
- Proficiency with computer applications; MS Office, Outlook and data entry
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and to work effectively with a wide range of people.

- Must be able to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Maryland Heights, MO
- Must be able to work in an office setting, use a computer, keyboard and mouse for the majority of the shift and be able to communicate on the telephone
